Personal Account Manager - based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

£14,000 - £17,000 Dependent on relevant experience

We are currently looking for experienced Personal Account Managers/Debt Management case officers to join our busy head office team, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

The role will involve:

  • Running a case load of up to 500 active clients.
  • Administering the cases from start to finish.
  • Liaising with clients and creditors on a daily basis via post, email and phone.
  • Providing high levels of support and customer service to all of your clients
  • Ensuring payments are collected.

The successful candidate will display the following qualities:
