Call Centre Vacancies

Solution Centre Outbound Agent based in Stockport, Cheshire

£14,000 - £16,000 basic salary dependent on relevant experience, realistic OTE £30,000.

 

The role of a Solution Centre Agent will involve speaking to potential clients with a view to improving their financial situation. As a solutions centre agent you will look to establish if the client would benefit from one of our many financial solutions. If it looks as though the client could benefit from our services you will then refer the client over to an advisor who would look to complete an in-depth financial review with the client.

The role will involve both cold and warm calling and experience of working within a call centre environment would be beneficial.

You will be given the full training to provide clients with a high level of information about the various products in order for them give a level of commitment.

You will have experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner.
