I was assigned a Personal Account Manager, who has helped me every step of the way with some great advice and a willingness to listen. Although I have had one or two worrying telephone calls & letters from some of my more persistant creditors, Rakesh has always been able to offer the best advice and taken control of the situation. On some ocassions when my personal account manager has not been available, another member of the team has always been more than happy to help.
