TESTIMONIALSI have been with debt advisory line since 2007 and over these past two years I have found them to always be very helpfull and then when you needed someone to help you. When you ring them the staff always go that extra mile to sort out your problem with out them help me i do not know where I would now. Alex my accout manager is a top man always willing to help. After ignoring mounting credit card bills and a loan, my health forced me to take a good look at my fianacial position - bad finances=bad health!!! I found Debt Advisory Line on this website and phoned them up. From the first call I found the advisers to be amazingly approachable, professional and non-judgemental. They understand that things like this happen to anybody and try to find the best way to deal with your financial problems. They take the stress out of dealing with creditors by contacting them for me and are easy to contact if you need to discuss anything that may be bothering you - and do it cheerfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend I knew needed help. First class service!!!! Very helpfull under stressful circumstances. Gave a good price and advice. A little slow and confusing on the paperwork side as I didn't get the information the first time they sent it so they had to re-send, and then they took a while to receive the documents I sent back, but overall a good and friendly service and I would recommend them to a friend. i would recommend debt advisory to anyone as they are very helpful and friendly and you feel quite relaxed talking to them , before we spoke to debt advisory we did not no which way to turn to sort out our debts but debt advisory have helped us greatly and we can now see light at the end of the tunnel thanks to the great service you get and they take all worry and hard work out of the situation, they deal with all the people that you owe money to and set up a payment that you can afford to pay, taking all the stress and worry away , debt advisory is a great company i give them 10/10 thank you. fantastic company!! the service is second to none... advisers are always so efficent and helpful. If you are having problems paying your debts and don't know how you can reduce your monthly outgoings these people can help. I made a phone call to them and within minutes they had outlined a plan for me. This was an enormous relief and took a great weight off my shoulders. The great thing was they arranged much reduced payments for me with my creditors and I didn't have to do anything. Within a short time the demand letters which had been piling up ceased coming through the letter box and my life became much more comfortable. I can reccommend their service to any-one so if you feel you can't cope or just want some advice give them a call; I'm glad I did. Myself and my husband felt that we were trapped with the amount of repayments we had to make, we just had a new baby and moved into a new home a few month back and were left with nothing after all the bills were paid. Debt Advisory are highly proffesional and very friendly! They sorted all our debt into one small monthly payment giving us room to enjoy some family time out for once. We feel like a huge weight has been lifted and feel there is now hope for the future. Thank you to all the really helpfull advisors for making our life great again! The people at the debt advisory line were helpful and most of all understanding. They helped me throughout the process of application and keep in contact afterwards which gives you peace of mind. They are always very helpful whenever i call. Overall it's the best decisoin I ever made. i contacted debt advisory line a few months ago as my debt was becoming too much to handle. it was a great relief to speak to someone and find out there was a solution to my problems. I have found this company to be efficent and the customer care has been great. I started with them October 2007 and since then they have taken everything off my hands and dealt with all that i owe which is a great deal of weight taken from my shoulders for one monthly payment.

D A L is the place to go, friendly and helpful, they talk to your creditors and give you peace of mind. one of my creditors kept getting in touch and a phone call to nicola at D A L got it sorted. Debt advisory have not only help me with my finances i was still struggling and are now reduced again for me, truly great service with friendly people who go out of way to help and not at all judgemental, highly recommend this company to anyone, i struggled and wasn in total mess after seperation, if i knew then what i do now id never have been in a mess but thanks to Nicola Barton my dla rep im starting to try to get on my feet again Before DAL contacted me I was paying out more than I was earning. Now the amount I'm paying has gone down to at least half. The staff are very friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have and the communication is brilliant, phoning to give you a update of whats happening. I was really worried how I would pay off my debts, as I was onyl ever managing to pay the interest on credit card bills that had got out of control. Finding yourself in serious debt is a frightening and embarassing situation, I have had a serious problem for sometime now and didn't know what to do, eventually the situation I was in dictated that I sought professional help, I contacted DAL by e-mail on a Friday morning and asked if they could contact me at 6pm, they called me back at the time I asked and were very helpful. Once I was registered I received nothing but the best help and advice from Charlotte, the advisor who first took over my case and have now been passed onto Joanna who is always happy to talk when I need any advice. My advice for anyone finding themselves in this situation is contact the DAL as soon as possible, they will give you all the help you need to get your life back together. im only at the beging of my time with dal but as soon as i gave my detaols someone phoned me back at the time that i said,i have my own advisor elle and if she is busy there is always someone else to help and listern to me i would recommend to anyone that i know thats in the same situation as me to have a chat with the nice and friendly people at dal as they are great listerners well what can i say,first a dealt with james then joanna my account manager who got in contact with me.these people are so understanding and dont judge anyone.they have helped me put my mind at rest and now i can sleep at night now.excellent customer service and understanding its nice now not having the worry and they deal with everything for you.all i can say is thanks Since contacting DAL I have been impressed since day one. I was assigned a personal account manager, Rakesh who has helped me every step of the way with some great advice and a willingness to listen. Although I have had one or two worrying telephone calls & letters from some of my more persistant creditors, Rakesh has always been able to offer the best advice and taken control of the situation. On some ocassions when my personal account manager has not been available, another member of the team has always been more than happy to help. All in all, I would reccommend DAL's service to anyone in a similar situation to me, because they genuinely seem to care and want to help. I made an online enquiry to the Debt Advisory Line and was promptly called by one of their advisors.
