Exams success for Debt Advisory Line workers at Keighley

A 12-strong team at a Keighley-based firm that advises thousands of people a month on how to manage debt have gained qualifications in subjects including business administration and customer service.

The candidates work for Debt Advisory Line, one of the UK’s leading providers of consumer debt advice, which was named Debt Management Provider of the Year. The staff have attained NVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications after studying for a year and assessments.

Rebecca Birch, deputy customer services manager, said: “This is a significant achievement for us and the triumph is testament to our professional approach.”

Debt Advisory Line is also a member of DEMSA, the debt managers’ standards association, which encourages the highest standards within the industry and promotes good practice.
