• Your debt must be in the UK
• You must be a resident of England, Wales or Northern Ireland. If you are a resident of Scotland then we can help you with a Trust Deed (the Scottish alternative to an IVA, requiring a minimum of £8000 in debts)
• You must be having difficulties paying your debts, or your debts must be greater than the value of your home (making you insolvent).
