We are looking for experienced advisors within the Financial Services industry to join our team. Financial experience via the telephone is essential and if you have debt management or insolvency experience so much the better. Working within our refurbished call centre you will be required to carry out a thorough interview with clients over the telephone to ascertain their full financial situation.

Excellent communication and listening skills are essential as is a professional attitude at all times.

Out Bound Call Centre Agent

We are looking for professional, hard-working individuals to work in our fast-paced call centre. You will be speaking to clients and assessing their financial situation through a brief telephone interview in order to decide the best solution to assist them with their debts, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Personal Account Managers

We are looking for hard working individuals to work in our fast-paced call centre environment. The successful candidate will provide efficient and consistent service to our customers. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and hold a strong desire to meet customer requirements above and beyond their expectations. The ability to work effectively in teams along with computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential. Previous experience in a customer focused environment is desirable for this position.
