As a responsible provider of advice and personal debt solutions we are members of the Debt Managers Standards Association (DEMSA).


The points covered by the DEMSA code include: 

  • the information we provide consumers.
  • customer service.
  • compliance with FCA consumer credit regulation in relation to debt management activity
  • management of client records, accounts and their interests.
  • training our advisors, and 
  • how we deal with lenders.


DEMSA aims to protect the interests of both consumers and lenders. 

The DEMSA  body, established in 2000, encourages the highest standards in which the public and the credit industry can have confidence and aims to provide a high level of protection to the consumer. It promotes good practice ensuring customers are dealt with in a responsible, compassionate and transparent manner.

When you see the Trading Standards approved code logo you know you will be treated fairly and you will receive the highest standards of help and advice.
